We are seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist guests with their food and beverage selections
- Ensure that the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic knowledge of bussing procedures
- Familiarity with hotel operations is preferred
